COVID-19 Health Crisis Advisory (updated)
Since the Japanese government rescinded the state of emergency associated with COVID-19 in Hokkaido on 25 May, we will resume accepting the new reservations. For a while, we are going to accept reservations by adjusting the number of rooms so that they will not be full of guests at a time.
Regarding hygiene management to prevent infection, we will thoroughly disinfect all parts where customers may touch. We have also prepared ethanol for disinfection in every guest room and a virus-proof air purifier in the dining hall. We will be wearing a mask when meeting our guests. Please understand that we may ask you to disinfect your hands with ethanol when you check-in or before meals, and we may measure your body temperature if necessary.
Also, our operation policy will be based on the guideline for COVID-19 countermeasures for accommodation facilities of the Japan Ryokan & Hotel Association, which was created based on advice from the Japan Tourism Agency.

Pets
To ensure the comfort of all our guests, we kindly ask that you refrain from bringing pets into the building. Dogs and cats can stay in your car overnight, or you may use the pet cages provided in the lobby of the annex building. Thank you for your understanding.
